-Customer must protect Goodayy Worldwide from any harmful consequences related to the work. This includes holding harmless, indemnifying, and defending against claims regardless of negligence. Customer warrants no copyright infringement and agrees to indemnify for all legal actions.

-ARTWORK APPROVAL
It is the customer's responsibility to verify artwork fits all Goodayy Worldwide's requirement before submitting and making the payment. Upon receiving payment and artwork, Goodayy Worldwide is not liable for any reprint costs.

-COLOR MATCH: All colors in a design are matched to in-house chart. Please note a 20-30% color variance for prints.

-PRINT/EMBROIDER PLACEMENT & SIZE: We will choose the best size/placement if there is no specified instructions.

We do not sell/print copyright items unless provided with authorized rights to print. A 20% processing fee will be collected for orders cancelled due to infringement of copyright.
